Our view

The wine has a clean, straw-yellow lemon color.

It opens with floral aromas, featuring chamomile as the protagonist, followed by white fruit: pear and table grapes, stone fruit: quince, and the citrus notes of lemon zest. Fresh herbs lend it a refreshing character: fennel, dill, spearmint, the dry aroma of hay, and aromatic hints of lemon thyme with touches of honey.

From the herbal notes, we move to olives, whose richness blends with that of dried hazelnuts, which in turn evolve into subtle notes of peat and tar. It continues to grow in complexity, revealing peppery notes, mineral hints, and a surprising background of toasted egg yolk with cotton candy.

On the palate, it tastes of stone fruit and hints of lime. It has a dry and saline profile, yet a voluptuous, juicy, and enveloping texture. It has great structure and a very fresh, herbaceous finish.

It’s vertical and direct, sharp and edgy, complex and stimulating. Serious and very flavorful, it grows and will continue to grow.

It is thoroughly enjoyable right now but we are certain it will beautifully evolve in the following years.
