Our wine
Very clean and shiny dark garnet color with reddish hues.
On the nose it spreads a palette of spices, balsamic freshness and ripe, fleshy and sweet fruit. Wine swirling brings scents of wet soil and ferric minerality. Remarkable complexity and harmony of aromas.
The mouth is also very fruity, featuring cherries, raspberries and blueberries. Its ripeness gives a warm feeling to it which is further enhanced by the creaminess of white chocolate, which in turn is refreshed by its cool acidity.
It is very clean with a smooth and round touch. It is a very fine and elegant wine, yet full-bodied and persistent.
Useful tips:
Although drunk by itself is a sheer pleasure, we guarantee it is an elegant food match that will enhance grilled or charcoaled vegetables, warm salads, blue fish and seafood, particularly octopuss and mussels.
Stews with pulses, and finally with white and red meat, will cherish your palate. The latter with just a touch of the oven, grill or pan.
It is perfectly enjoyable right now but we are certain it will beautifully evolve in the following years.
